art and kindness galore!
kind staff dyson hairdryer rooftop bar
I liked the staff. They are very kind and helpful. the room included a dyson hairdryer. This was a pleasant surprise. they had free wine and water waiting when i arrived. the rooftop bar and restaurant are amazing, also.
the elevator was old and seemed unreliable, however it worked fine.

the hotel location puts it a kilometer from st peter's square. it is a short walk to the trevi fountain. many restaurants are very close, therefore dining options abound.

staff were so helpful with dinner reservations and transportation. they assisted with everything. they were also very responsive prior to arrival when i confirmed transportation and dinner reservations. i had a great experience all around.

weak wi-fi limited variety
The Wi-Fi signal was weak. I had trouble staying connected (it was quite annoying). The vegetarian breakfast lacked variety. It seems they removed meat options without adding enough vegetarian alternatives. The bread was not good. The breakfast room felt cramped. Function clearly took a backseat to design.
